Released on Empire Records, "Christ is a Lie" is the first full length album from Demogorgon and it hit me like a freight train! Demogorgon play extremely brutal death metal and hail from Poland. The same country that brought you Decapitated, Centurion, Dies Irae, & Vader among many others, now gives you another sick band to bang your head to. Using a session drummer, Asteck(vocals, guitar), Louise Seiffer(bass, member of Panzerfaust & Shemhamforash) and Mikill (lead guitar, owner of Extreme Metal promotions) have created a total assault on your senses. These guys hate religion which is evident not only in the album title, but with songs like “Kingdom of Satan”, “Kill False God” and “Deny the Virus of Heavenly Whore” they make it well known. The pope better keep an eye out because these three maniacs are on the hunt! This trio hammers through nine tracks of blasphemy and violence that will shred your eardrums! This should put Poland on the underground metal map once again. Definitely keep an eye out for these guys.
