Urceus Exit is the new signee on Canada's very own popular label, Artoffact. Their debut maxi single cd release "Metro" features remixes and four other tracks. This electro duo shows their technology musical ability by being electro diverse. "Metro" have four different versions; the album version is leaning on techno, the Shy Brothers Remix is more on the EBM style that's perfectly for the dancefloor; This Mixed Up Enjoy Land is definitely my number one favorite, precisely a visual of trains in the underground subway zone passing by and people entering and exiting. The last mix is Pushing Through The Crowds have a tribal rhythm. The track "Together" is a synth-pop love song. Vocalist Richard Duggan sounds like DM vocalist Dave Gahan on this awesome poppy tune. "Soil (Dark Slavery Mix)" is much a moody industrial approach. The instrumentals "You Taste Like" simply falls into noise and experimentation with electro bleeps and "These Spots In My Eyes" allows you to be in a cool relax atmosphere. This nice piece is so much ambient. Urcerus Exit will grab you for attention. They have alot to show for. Their music is the source of distinguish vibe in the electronica area. This band is very interesting. They're not consider to be categorize in one electronic music genre. Diversity is what they should be consist of.
