"Today We Are All Demons,” is the latest release by angry boy Combichrist. So what’s new, what can we expect from Mr. Plegua? Well, to be really honest both nothing and everything. Combichrist is still the angry hate filled music that we so enjoyed on “What the f*ck is wrong with you People,” and “Everybody Hates You”. This time around we even get a couple of nice melodies in some of the songs. The first song called (If you don't count the intro) “All pain is Gone” reminds me very much of a mix between a “Icon of Coil” and “Assemblage 23”. Then, we got “Kickstart the Fight” which is your typical in your face Combichrist song but which also features female vocals.  The best dance song on this album is by far “Sent to Destroy” which is also on the EP “Sent to Destroy/Frozen hate”. Other songs I recommend are “I Want your Blood” and “ The kill v2” and last but not least “Get out of My Head”. “Today we are all Demons” are the songs that stands out the most on the album and it’s also the slowest one. Anyway, to summarize it all the majority of songs on “Today we are all Demons” are typical Combichrist songs that you have heard before so you can't really except anything out of the ordinary there, but then there are some songs that really stand out and show us that in fact Combichrist has evolved a bit and gone back to the roots which is great and I hope to hear more of that on future songs
