Ladies and Gentlemen, today I present you with the review of  “Meanwhile Back in the Jungle” the latest album by Massiv in Mensch  Although, Massiv in Mensch has labeled their music as “dark rave” which might actually be true , it’s like a combination of trance, electro and EBM in a great mix.  I think that this might actually be one of the greatest albums I've heard this year. It's impossible to describe the music since it varies so much from song to song. You have the best song in my opinion on the second track which also features the magnificent band  “Mind in a Box” called simply “Supermassive Gravity,” which is a song composed my heavy beating drums and smooth electronic vocals and melodies that will keep you on the dance floor. Then you have a track called, “Never Trust in the Outline” which is the complete opposite. The smooth vocals have been replaced by distorted and darker whispers and more aggressive drums and less melodies. Then last but not least, we have a song called “Pink Dream” which reminds me a lot of a typical trance song but with many EBM influences and with repetitive lyrics by both a male and female vocalist, but the songs is completely awesome! I can't really find anything negative about this CD. If you are a person who likes to listen to club music or just stomp then this is the CD for you. Spin this baby and it will keep you dancing all night long.
