Wow! The Most fantastic cd ever made by Vancouver, B.C band. Kooper Kain. The debut release "Turning Cities To Salt" will make you want to listen to it over and over and over and over again and again and again. The band's sound is between Simple Minds and U2. Even the singer's voice is a reminder of Simple Minds singer Jim Kerr. A breathtaking disc that is flawless. Each track stands the disc out. There's alot of songs that's appropriate for singles, radio and clubs; "Icy Stars", "Crowded", "80 Years Dirt", "Flicker Flicker & Out", "Too Far Gone", "Red Satin Rivers", and "Apocalypse & Pawn", just to name a few. A fascination blend of dark rock and new wave. Lyrics so powerful and emotional that is aggressively profound with deep thoughts and feelings. So innovated with their own unique sound, they even bring back the 80's oldschool style that reflects the music of our time. The sweetest perfection, beauty, ethereal, and inspiration is what they deliver in their lyrics and music. The listeners will certainly be very content after they give it a listen for the first time and enjoy it more. "Turning Cities To Salt" is an artistic form of a well plendid divine recording art. 80's children and goth fans need to buy this remarkable incredible cd!
