The Mist

One of my favorite horror novelists, Stephen King, is back with “The Mist”. An adaptation based on his novella about a group of people stranded in a supermarket, when a peculiar mist engulfs the store, a day after, a violent and unexpected storm hit their small Maine town of Bridgton.

Lurking in the mist are freakishly distorted creatures…appearing to resemble those from the land and sea, with an unstoppable appetite to feed. And perhaps even more terrifying is why they have come to Bridgton, Maine.

“The Mist” will appear in theaters on Wednesday, November 21, 2007. Starring Thomas Jane, Marcia Gay Harden, Andre Braugher and Laurie Holden.
