Festival of the Dead-Salem, Massachusetts

Salem is well known for its Witches, and Halloween is the most important time for the Witches of Salem, and for spirits to walk within the shadows of our world during this most sacred of holidays. “Festival of the Dead” founder and presenter, Christian Day, an elder of Salem’s Coven of the Raven Moon, presents Salem’s yearly week-long Halloween festivities where leading authorities of the spirit world host the event, honoring the customs, the history, and the rituals of death; and for, welcoming the spirits back into the world of the living. The Vampires’ Masquerade Ball and The Official Salem Witches’ Halloween Ball are of great interest to me to learn more about.
