If you are interested in working for Grave Concerns E-zine we would love to hear from you. We are looking for reliable staff writers to join our e-zine who have time to write a few reviews a week. First, this is a non-profit site which means we can’t pay you to write for us. This is an all volunteer site. We all do this out of love for the scene. There are perks for writing on Grave Concerns E-zine. You will have access to promos, downloads, show guest lists, artists and more. So, contact us today if you are serious about writing and can commit to our requirements.

CD & DVD Reviewers:

- Be able to review at least 5 or more CD’s a month

- Follow Guidelines and Deadlines

- CD’s and Downloads will be provided

- Review CD’s & DVD’s that you have from your own collection

- Search and Contact artists for Reviews

- Research Artists prior to review etc.

- Grammar, Proofreading and writing abilities

- Be willing to give criticism both good and bad

- Even if you hate the CD, be able to say something.

News Reporter:

-Search for related news around the Gothic, Industrial, EBM, Synthpop, Alternative Music Scene via band websites, Facebook, Myspace, Reverb Nation, Bandcamp, and other sources

-Submit News daily to be posted on the site.

Join the Grave Concerns E-zine Promotion Team:

Promote Grave Concerns E-zine on the web via Facebook, Myspace ( Bulletins), Twitter and other related sites.

- Help post new reviews, interviews in Groups, Bulletins, Forums etc

- Add Grave Concerns E-zine links were applicable.

- Help create logos, banners to post around the internet.

-Hang up filers at local Gothic and Industrial clubs in your city

-Contact people who might be interested in doing giveaways, contests and sponsorships on Grave Concerns E-zine

Interviewers:

- Research bands and read bios, histories etc.

- Come up with thought provoking questions (10-15 max)

- Have good grammar, proofreading and writing abilities

- Be able to record interviews, have phone access if necessary

- Be able to go to a show to interview artists if necessary

- Follow all guidelines and deadline

- Have a camera ready to take photos at the show

Scene Article Writer:

We are looking for writers who would like to write about trends, events, local scenes and anything else currently hot in the scene like fashion, tattoo stories, models etc.

- Be able to research and conduct small interviews with artists to be able to write your article

- Be able to come up with ideas to write about for the site and run it by the editor

-Good writing abilities, grammar, proofreading a must.
